Policies:

• 2 night deposit to confirm reservation**

• Unit is reserved when deposit is received

• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation Policy:  Outside of 60 days 1 night of the deposit will be refunded if the condo is re-rented.  1 night will be held for an administration fee.  Inside of 60 days we will refund any money that we are able to recover from re-renting the condo minus the 1 night administration fee.

• $200 Cleaning Fee

• $200 security deposit required. Deposit refunded if no damage or excessive cleaning required

• 17.4166% Hawaii State tax will be added to all reservations

• 14 Night Minimum over the Christmas Holiday Season.

• No Smoking or Pets permitted

• Check-in 3pm, Checkout at 10am

We try to keep our costs low by cutting out the middle person and offering our guests an exceptional value.  Recent cancellations have occurred just prior to 60 days before arrival.  

**Any rentals for over 12 nights will be charged an additional night deposit for each week to confirm the reservation.  i.e.  14 nights = 3 night deposit and 19 nights = 4 night deposit etc.
